Yes, it is definitely a Hermie. The female plants (they do produce flowers and buds) with male pollen sacks. Now, you can't turn it back into a pure female. But hermies do make buds like normal females and also pollinate themselves with their own sacks. If you remove those sacks, you may be having no seeds in the buds of your plant. You can clip them every couple of days. If it is around another female cannabis, move it away anyway. In any case, they can be good for some edibles like baked goods, oil etc.
