Alright so I want to start a fresh new grow and I plan on it being kind of large! I'm not sure how many plants yet but I need you guys to recommended me what the best lights to use are (Please also include the best CFL's) , the best soil, etc. I will either use 3.5 gallon or 5 gallon buckets

How can anyone tell you what to get if you don't know how large you want the grow? 20 plants takes a slightly different setup than 4. Hid lights, metal halide or hps are best if you want great yields. The most effecient cfls are the 23 watters if I remember correctly. Referring to any of them best is reaching though, they are all sub par compared to hid. As far as pots, it depends on how many plants you want, how big you want them, and what type of lighting you use.
