Help me save my plants after transplant

Discussion in 'Sick Plants and Problems' started by JebuTvajuMamku, Aug 22, 2018.

  1. I have some plants in very visible places that I want to move, but they're like 2 weeks into flower, and I had already transplanted a few before but while the stem was upright and fine, the leaves and buds shrunk, drooped and eventually the whole plant turned brown and died. I had recently transplanted a very tall plant and the same happened, what do I do? Anyway to save it or is it fucked?

  3. Hey Puff, I bet this is an outdoor grow in the ground. His first sentence gives it away I think. If that's the case, if the plants are big, most likely the majority of the root structure was not saved and the damage was just too much stress for the plant.
And if I'm wrong , op, and you are growing in pots indoors. No blurple. But pictures would be nice regardless so we can help you.

  6. Thanks. Too bad about the plants. My guess about the transplant outdoors could be correct. Most likely trauma to the root zone . I wouldn't risk transplant. Any way to camouflage them with some natural brush?

  7. Most of the plants are hidden, but theres one or two more that are kinda visible and producing buds so idunno what to do. I guess ill try transplanting again but be way more careful to not rip anything and use the same soil. Problem is that the roots are veeeery long

  8. Well the general rule of thumb is, what you see above the ground, is what you have under the ground. You are most likely going to run into this issue again. I wouldn't take the chance. Could you dig up another type of plant and just transplant it in front of yours so it doesn't stick out so much?

  9. I cant cause its next to the sidewalk, and its taller than the bush so the top of it is visible
