HiYa..Welcome to the City!! I like the Meizhi Line (probably the 300 (about 150w actual) for your needs) for about $80 usd.. I grew my 1st grow using 2 Meizhi 450's (3x3x6ft tent)..They are a little cheaper than many others in their class, and built very well
