    I have smoked for 3 months 1 gram a day I have probation test tomorrow I have quit for 10 days I work two jobs and am active I am overweight but average build I am still showing positive as I have tested myself for the past 3 days please help me

    Dilution method, lots of water but make sure you take niacin pills, or drink something that has niacin or b vitamins in it (redbull or any energy drink) , helps tint the color. Look it up on google and you can find tons of ways to dilute your urine. good luck bud. :bongin:
