If you want a high end vape that will last forever go for the V Tower Extreme. Its half the price of the volcano and it has more features. If you just want a cheap vape that will get the job done look on ebay. For 50 bucks you can get a decent hands-free model.
If your gonna buy a vape, your gonna have to spend a little more than 150$ on it if you want a good one that'll last awhile. Vaporbrothers and the Vapor-Tower are two pretty good ones. Trust me you do NOT want to go cheap on vaporizers unless you wanna be inhaling bad chemicals... you should also look at how long it is covered by the warranty, mine included a life-time warranty on the heating unit which was a big + (I have the Vapor-Tower)

get a silver surfer. i picked one up at the austin reggae fest for only $180, but they usually run like $250. its the best vape for the price in my opinion.
