Check out Jhanpixel on iOffer, he has a 7mm thick 18" tall straight tube with ice pinches for 90 bucks shipped, you'll need to order a downstem and slide for it but with the tube being only 90, you could still afford a nice diffused downstem and slide. He has another one for I think 100-120 that is 18" and 9mm thick but I personally don't care for the hour glass style ice pinch on it, seems like an unnecessary bottleneck. Edit: That Biohazard that IFourTwenty posted looks cool, is priced well and Bio is a pretty decent brand.
If you can get that Biohazard for 70, I'd do it. Decent straight tube, good thickness, bowl and downstem included. Buy a 1/4 with the savings and break that baby in! Sounds like a good birthday to me.
