So. I'm going to be buying bacardi 151 this weekend. For those of you who dont know what that it is, its a liter of rum that is 75.5% alcohol. 1 Liter, 151 proof, 75.5% Alcohol. Compared to what i usually get, 1 Liter Bacardi Gold which is 40% Alcohol. Me and my friend (two people) usually are able to split 1 liter bacardi gold between us in one night to get absolutely wasted. Unless were trying to just get drunk (not wasted) we'll usually split it 8 shots each. 8+8= 16. and 1 shot is about 1.5oz. so...16 shots = 24 shots. Now, heres what i need help with. If i buy bacardi 151 which is almost twice the alcohol content, actually more than twice. how long should that last. and about how much should get me drunk with the math above? i might be able to figure this out lol before anyone posts back but i just wanted to get some input, so my math is right lol
Seconding that, don't think on it too hard, it's just booze. Take it slow and don't act like an idiot and you should be fine. Just have fun. And, ya know, be careful, liquor's not quite as gentle as mary jane...but duh, you know that.
yeah haha i kinda put some thought into it. if the 40% took 8 shots to get drunk. then the 75.5% should be about 4-5 haha. can't believe i missed that.
