Can't really tell what you're talking about with it flooded with red light. Possibly, could you post a pic with normal light?

 

Minor mottling. Probably from ph swings between waterings.....long as it doesn't get worse you should be good.

Might want to handle that soil issue sooner than later otherwise what ever issue you might have isn't going to get any better. Honestly think you answered your own question tho.

I don't think it is because you didnot add perlite. You can still grow without perlite but it is harder cuz without it, you are overwatering so easily.. and I cant see any problem right now also, it looks fine

 

basic growing cannabis information, there are many many different ways to cultivate. there are many different ways to cultivate in soil, but you know the one basic ingredient they start with all of them in soil some kind of aeration rather perlite or vermiculite. If you would have tried to research just a tiny bit before you planted your seed you would have known this and avoided this issue. If you dont help yourself we cant help you

if you did research but chose not to add the aeration shame on you. lol

 

then you wait on the perlite amazon doesnt take over a month I get shit from them monthly usually takes about a week to ten days unless it comes from china then 3 but you can expedite and get it to you in about 5 to 7 days
