Sounds like its time for a transplant. IF you're watering once a day that's too much. In vegetation I was watering every 2 days, in flowering I water every other day and I've read that's the standard for most people. Try letting the plant dry out a bit and see if it perks up. If the top soil gets dry and crusty real quick, you can always use a spray bottle to give it a light spritz until watering time.
Thanks. With that being said I will not water today and will attempt to see if overwatering is the culprit.
use two exhaust fans or fab up a cool tube with a piece of plexiglass seperating the lights from the grow chamber and run a intake and exhaust fan directly through it
could it start getting droopy if its root bound? lst time i left mine for to long before transplant the leafs went stright down looked like it was gona die till i got it into sumthing bigger so its possible
Man I was hoping I would just magically have a perfectly healthy plant but that does not appear to be the case... Any inputs? Could I be having a PH issue? I have not watered it since Monday evening 4/16
Ok. Age: 13 days Last water: Wednesday 4/18 Temps: 83-90 :/ (I know) yellow bottom leaves and droopy Any red flags here??
It shouldn't be rootbound. Check out the last page in my thread. My plant is 7 weeks from sprout, 3 into flowering, in a 1.4 liter container. I can't tell from the pictures if the soil is wet or not, but stick your finger in about 2 inches. If it's damp, then don't water. Don't water until it's nearly dry there. What kind of soil are you using? Depending on soil, we can help determine whether it's ph/deficiency/overwatering.
It is fox farm ocean forest soil. I held off on watering a bit but even doing so not much improvement. I believe it to be heat stress. I came home from work and it was 89F in there... :'( not much I can do about it as the room temp wad 79F
You shouldn't have a nute deficiency. You probably have lockout. I have the same soil and mine drops in ph quite a bit. Make sure you PH your water around 7. Give it maybe 1/4 strength nutes. The other thing I did to battle this was flush it. It's a bit risky if it's already in poor health and yellowing, and overwatered possibly. I would say to water once every 3 days for a week or two and see how it responds.
um do you have good drainage if not hydroton or perlits which is more used with soil will help instantlly wen i look at that little baby it seems thts what it MIGHT be Not sure make sure if you dont have perlite or anything you dont water too much RR does not like to be overwaterd and you you should transplant now before it really starts to flower less stress happy healthier plant mines should be poppin out the soil in time now.
Day 15... And made a couple mistakes. One leaf got sucked in by the exhaust and got chopped. Also I don't know if that is heat burn or something else. I have not given nutes yet other than whatever is in the soil. I took off the lower yellow leaves. A fem'd barney farms LSD day 3
I'm currently doing a speaker box grow (red dwarf) cfl. Your welcome to look at my journal and view my pictures. It shows the layout of the inside of the speaker. I used a very large Boston acustic speaker and gutted it. Has a good amount of grow room, holes in the back already for fans. A simple carbon filter made of dyer sheets and active carbon from a pet (fish) store, works like a charm. Instead of Mylar I used windsheild reflectors and cut to size . Hope I could help out a fellow grower happy tokin hommie
