    it is only about 2 1/2 weeks old close to 3 dont know if it is too early

    Yeah it hasn't shown yet, if it is male it will develop little green sacks(balls xD) and if it is female is will develop short white hairs. If you NEED to know the gender now you could force it to flower by putting it into a flowering light cycle and wait for it to show and then quickly bring it back to veg with no harm done.✌️ :smoke: Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum

    most plants will preflower at a certain age auto or photo-period. be patient

    I've heard that some indica strains will not return to veg once flowered. Is this true? Is it really worth the time spent sexing them rather than waiting? I mean we're talking like a month round trip right?

    When they show, you'll know. You don't want balls or sacks. Even a feminized seed can turn hermie. (Both pistils and balls) you can cut off balls as they show, and still turn out good bud, just seedy. (Then you got seeds for next time.) Good luck.
