Help!!! Light Bulb Vape/ Vaporizer

    Hi I am somewhat new to smoking and I have made a light bulb vape and I was wondering on the inside of the silver part of the bulb is it okay if there is what looks like glue or rust on it. I've seen others have it Im just making sure its safe to smoke out of. Please refer to the pics below, Thanks.

    Can't tell if that glue is on the inside or outside of the tapered part of the bulb. Just scrape that thing clean with a knife on the inside of the opening.

    It doesnt seem to be coming off.
