Hello, Currently designing a indoor grow for 4000 sf of grow space. Noticing that most if not all warehouses have 25 ft high ceilings around me. Are there any solutions for me to hang my lights from perhaps a lower height? Truss bars or racks? I’m still debating between HPS vs LED so i’m open to suggestions as the ceiling height may or may not benefit me depending on the fixtures I choose.
build a room inside that . so yes this room has zero roof or walls just boards over head to hang lights . are you following ? use 2/4 boards
It would be much easier to maintain the environment if you were to build a room inside of the space. Lower ceilings would help with heating and cooling big time. Reflective material would help with lighting. It would take no time to recoup the prices of the material with the energy savings. Otherwise like you said, build trusses or some sort of rack system.
