Help!!!!! I think its a ph problem!!!

    Hey im having problems with this bag seed i planted. It started of growing great then about a month in it started wilting and got discolored then it stop growing vertically. It kinda just grew out, and got really bushy. I just put it into flower yesterday. Its on 12/12, medium is miracle grow, i have 4 60 watt 2700k cfls . Please help i got help this plant get better[​IMG][​IMG][​IMG] [​IMG]
