To keep this simple I sent in a cash order and I checked status daily a couple days ago it said processing and today it says complete for my order summary what does complete mean that they are about to ship out my seed order. Yes, it would mean that your payment has been received. Now they will ship out your order. In common sense that would be the meaning, but I have never ordered from this seed bank, so I won’t know for sure.
