So for starters this isn't my first grow, I've been growing for years. And I've been growing the same way for the last 4 years, growing twice a year.. All legal grows with a license and now without once as it is legal to grow where I'm from in Canada. A little background: my plants are grown in a mixture of 50% Fox Farm Ocean Forest mixed with 25% Coco Earth and 25% Perlite & Vermiculite mix. I grow in a 8ft long X 7ft tall X 4ft wide grow tent. I have a 6inch and a 4inch vivosun fans well above the plants to circulate airflow. I have 2 sets of 4 LED 4ft lights (8 4ft lights in total), 6500k 2600lm for Veg as well as 8 2700k 2150lm for Flowering (and a couple black lights and UV lights for the final stages before harvest). I keep my lights about a foot above the plants. I keep my humidity around 30-40% and the temperature is always around 25-26°C. I grow Kush plants varying between pure indica to 60/40 hybrids with indica being dominant. This time around I have 3 plants (4 being the legal limit but one seedling did not sprout) I have a Kush Bomb plant, a 50 Kush plant, and a skunk #1/Pink Kush plant of my own creation dubbed Pink Skunk. A few weeks ago I transplanted my plants (4 weeks old) from a smaller container into their final planters (I start small and upsize their decomposable pots 3 times before putting them into the final ones, only actually transplanting once) At first they all got a little nute burn from the soil (Fox Farm OF is known for this) which isn't a big deal as this usually happens. But then my Kush Bomb and 50 Kush plants started getting the claw and my Pink Skunk had some leaves curl up like cones and some of my Kush Bomb leaves started to go pale or yellow but not die.. I thought I over watered so I stopped watering until the soil went dry, I then only watered a little around the area of the root ball and made sure the soil was moist all the way down using a moisture meter.. It can't be light burn as I keep my LEDs constantly a foot above the plants (which by trial and error I found the right distance for these lights) and it's definitely not wind burn as my fans don't directly hit my plants. It's not heat burn as my grow tent is always regulated to a safe temperature of 26°C. What else could this be?? I don't have any kind of pests, I use chlorine free PH regulated water (pH 6.5)... The only thing I can think of is lack of nutrients but this shouldn't happen since the soil is fresh and this type of soil has natural fertilizers in it... Can anybody help, my plants are in shock right now and have not grown for almost 2 weeks. 1st pic is Pink Skunk with leaves curling upwards almost cone like, 2nd pic is of 50 Kush with slight clawing on bottom leaves and also some leaves doing the cone/upwards curling as well as pale leaves, and last pic is Kush Bomb with severe clawing of the leaves and more recently the top leaves turned pale/yellow...
Thanks! I wasn't too sure since I don't have much experience with deficiencies, I did look it up but since I also had a lot of clawing and cone like leaves I ruled it out to be this.. now I realize that the clawing and deficiency all came from over watering thanks for the help Sent from my MAR-LA using Grasscity Forum mobile app
