Help freaking out!!

Let’s try this again! This is my first time growing I have 12 seeds I bought 5 and the rest I got from a friend I started out with the water cup for 24 hours then moved them over to the damp paper towel for 2 days I got some good roots so I put 5 in soil on 4/1 one in on 4/2 and the rest on 4/3 sense them I’ve kept them under my LED 1000w grow light at a distance of about 40 inches. The temp in the room has been 72-75f and I’ve kept plastic bags over the red solo cups I’ve planted them in to keep them humid . None of them have sprouted yet. Should I dig them up and try again should I give up on them or am I freaking out over nothing. I put 7 of them in a organic potting soil with a NPK 3:1:1.
