Yea, thats it i think. Theres a cheaper way to make one, take a paper towel tube that no longer has paper towels on it, put 5 dryer sheets inside the tube, and fold 10 dryer sheets on one end of the tube securing it with rubber band or twisty ties closing and end off completely. Blow through that and then smell the smoke, pure dryer sheet smell. Only downside is you dont want to breath in from the tube, and you have to change out the sheets after a week or two depending on your intake.
