Help for headaches, which strain works best?

    been suffering for 2 years now, the headaches are constant from a dodgeball incident that smashed my head hard, and I can't d=find a cure, thinking about a strain but what works better Indica or Sativa? Or any particular strain someone with first hand experience can share please? THANKS IN ADVANCE
