Help! Flowering and fert dillema.

  1. Hi All,

    Sorry I don't have pictures :)

I grew a very healthy and spectacular Blueberry plant, and recently put her into flower. Started off great, but now she is showing signs of overfertilization. A little over a month ago, I used a fertilizing stake.

It actually worked great during the veg stage, and according to the package should be gone by now. However, since I put her into flowering, what's left of the stake (Which can't be much) seems to be too much.

I tried to remove the steak reminents, but I found she was far too rootbound to get to it without much damage.

So, I repotted her into a nice large pot, and flushed with 3 gallons of pH adjusted, oxygenated water.

That was last week. This week, the buds are looking great, but it still shows signs of overfert. Do you guys have any other suggestions? Should I flush again this week?

    Thanks!
