I saw a thread on here regarding flavoring as recently as a few days ago, and now i can't for the life of me find it. It talked using different kinds of fruit peels during the curing process. I remember specifically it talking about making an Orange/Vanilla flavor that was truly gourmet. Any help would be appreciated.
