HELP DRUG TEST

    I am 5'8 165 athletic build 
     
    I smoked everyday multiple times from october to december 20th. Since Dec 20th I haven't smoked and I have taken two bottles of 6 day detox pills and then today jan 17th i took an at home drug test and it said it was positive still. 
     
    Does anyone have any advice on what i can do to get clean. I am not sure when my drug test will be but i just want to be clean for it because i am on a div 1 football team. So it will be a watched urine test. 
     
    I know i should have quit earlier so just helpful advice answers please anything that will work I'm willing to try.

    We start running tuesday so that should help some too
