Help?!?! Defoliation in Flower

    So I have two Bagseed Females that are both 3 1/2 weeks into flower. Roughly, I'm not sure of exact amount. Would they benefit me defoliating them any? There are a few good lower bud sites in the center. If so how exactly do I do so? Where at do I cut the stems? Close to the main? Or farther towards the leaf?

    I'm currently testing this on a plant. Your plant is very symmetrical (and lovely btw, good job), but it would maybe be best to answer your own question. By this I mean, try defoliating half the plant and leave the other side alone.

    I strip them, only fan leaves that cover light from bud sites. I leave about half inch of the leaf stem left. I do this around 3 or 4th week of flower.

    I do 2 heavy defoliations on my autos. One towards the beggining of flower and the other in the middle. Then I let them finish off. I just take a pair of sterile bud trimmers and start flipping fan leaves lol. Havent had any issues so far!

    I really appreciate it, yeah I had actually been pondering on doing just half of the plant. Possibly going to trim one of them pretty heavily and leave the other alone. Thanks for the input and Compliments!!

    My only bit of advice would be to work your way top to bottom when defoliating because the whole point is to allow more light to penetrate through the canopy. Looks like you have a few big fan leaves at the top of your plants I would have clipped first. Other than that looks good to me ! As long as the plants are happy than youre fine.
