hey im a beginning grower, and need help chosing a first plant. im growing it to be indoors, so it needs to be on the shorter side. a few iv lookd at are: top 44, northern lights, and white widow. any incite would be greatly appreciated. Also would you recommend feminized?
...Can never go wrong with NL. Great first strain, easy to grow, forgiving, milder scent but a great buzz. Not to mention, it's a classic breeding strain with super consistent phenotypes.
El Nino, short, compact with a decent high and good yields. Edit: @ Crazy Polark, the autos are nice, but I'm a month into an LR2 grow and she's only sexing now, so it'll be another 8-10 weeks. The non-auto strains do just fine and would yield more after a month vegging, and then flowering. As far as I can see the only advantage to autos is the fact that you don't have to mess around with lighting schedules.
This is actually a great idea. I love these things but I always forget about them. You won't have to worry about photoperiods or initiating flowering, great choice.
