Blood and hair folicle tests are pretty hard to beat, dude. Sorry to say you might be fucked. You might consider trying a Niacin flush. You'll feel like utter shit, but it beats getting fired. Just search GC for Niacin and get to reading. Niacin pills are avaliable at most drug stores. Still might be ineffective in 24hrs though, but its worth a shot. Goodluck

Yup. No getting around it. Hopefully the consequences aren't too extreme for failing this test for whatever purpose you need to take it.

 

This very scenario came up before here, and I'm going to have to ask the same question.

If you were JUST "found high" and you've got a test in 24 hours, who is the idiot who is making you take the test? Isn't it rather obvious that it's going to come up positive?

That's like trying to see if someone is still a virgin when you just caught them fucking.

I know, I know, this probably has something to do with some sort of probation or other legal nonsense, hence the utter lack of common sense. Good luck with it my friend, but chances are slim of passing in this short time frame.

 

Just get that Detox drink sold at GNC and shit. Worked for me. although it wasn't for a blood test.

go to the doctor, tell them you have heart burn a lot, tell them a friend gave you an anti-acid called "reglan" (reglan is an anti nausea / acid reduction medication, i use to take it for GERD but got a serve case of panic attacks and anxiety)

the fun thing about reglan is, it can pull false positives for THC, get a perscription and show them the bottle, it clearly states on the bottle "This medicine can cause false positives for THC"
