Help assembling COBs

Hey everyone, I’m just starting my first grow, I have 3 plants on a small cabinet40cmx60x70, that is powered with 4 30w cfls and 1 60w, the original plan was to build a tent with pandafilm on a somewhat bigger pvc structure70x50cmx1.1m, but I couldn’t find panda, anyways, the problem I’m having right now it heat, the wood cabinet holds too much heat and the cfls are jut too hot. I have two cpu 12v fans 1 for vent and one for exhaust, I’ll install 2 more however I don’t think it will help that much. So to get some more power and help with the heat problem I figure I’d get some cob chips and assemble them myself, however, since I’m a new grower I still have plenty of questions. I plan to get the 50w citizen 48u 1212. Is that a good chip? Can I mount the chip in any regular aluminum cpu heatsink ? Or do I need a specific one? What would be the best driver to power one of these ? , would one 50w chip mounted on a cpu heat sink with a cpu cooler installed produce less heat than my actual cfl set up ? How important are the lenses? And how superior are QBs over COB?

Hey man, it’s been a long time. Huh? Shit this pandemic got me running like crazy here since I’m a health professional. Anyways besides that the project has been going great, and I added a couple of more plants that I’m trying to grow outdoors moving them around the house. The plants look great. I had some setbacks with plagues but got rid of them with tobacco juice. I think the bugs are gone, but something still looks slightly off, I have these spots in the edges of some leafs, I’m thinking fungus so I started with neem oil yesterday. What do you think? should I worry about this ?
