Last night I used nutes for the 1st time on my plants other than the smallest one which sprouted 2 days ago. I see a yellowish brown tint too the center of my plants can some 1 tell me if I need to raise my light or if it's fine. Please. In freakin out. I also think I over watered/when I was giving nutes too everything other than the small blue diesel. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
I'd personally wait a Lil longer to feed nutes. I go for four bladed leaves ( not the round seedling leaves). For now use just plain water and flush the nuyes out if your concerned. What kind of light are you using? How high is it off the babies? Sent from my Nexus 5 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I just now like a minute ago raised it from 30 in above to like 35 in above and it's a led california light works solarstorm 440. 5 watt diodes. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
All my leaves after I fed nutes lastnight were real saggy. I guess it was too much water I made a gallon if nutes and filled up a solo cup and slowly poured it into eat plant. I know led isn't suppose too burn but with the 5 watts I kinda wonder if it can burn them because 3 watts don't have a heat signature a friend has a ir camera and my shed I have them in shows up on ir which rumor is it's illegal for law enforcement to use ir on ppl homes now. Lol well. Apparently cause I'm a dumbass newbie. I didn't know I should wait. I'm using general hydroponics go box and it said week 1 rooted seedlings give this so I gave half of what it said for each nute. When do u guys recommend nutes?? Is my 1st four leaf a standard in the practice?? Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Not sure if its standard for everyone but its standard for me. Lol and I start at 1/4 strength working my way up from there as they grow. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I may be over reacting about the burning up. I googled Burt up seedlings and the ones on pictures look awful but I wanna catch it early and I got my new lil leaves that r forming in the center yellowish. I it a shitty ph meter but soon as I get some cash flow imma purchase a blue labs soil ph meter. But my lil ph probe style says everything is around 6 and half. And general hydroponics says no reason too even worry with ph cause I guess there products have a ph stabilizer in it. Idk!! I just read it on there website. Thanks for the help. Positive and negative feed back please Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
and don't stress, your babies are looking lovely. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Grasscity Forum mobile app

Best advice I can give is take a pic of your setup and ask for constructive criticism. What I've done and people have been helpful. I'm doing an indoor soil too so keep in touch we can be adventure buddies lol Sent from my Nexus 5 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I like it man. I took pics in a post yesterday nobody really commented. It's an 8x8 box with mylar. Apparently my light is rated to veg in a 6x6 area and flower in a 3x3 according too california light works wedsite. Idk if I can fit 5 plants in a 3x3 area. My ceiling is 9 ft so I was gonna let my blue dream get giant. I'm concerned about what height to flip into too flower being that I don't want them too get so big they won't fit in the foot print of my light Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
U can fit as many as 4 plants per sq ft. Depends on the grow style. 3x3 (9sqft) is perfect for 5 and I would recommend using that footprint. Sent from my Nexus 5 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
4/sqft is sea of green method (SOG) 1/sqft is tight 2sqft per plant is nice 4 sqft per plant for med/large plants >4sqft per plant for the big girls You could grow those 5 plants quite large in that space with a bit more lighting to supplement the sides and top more. Awesome. So how tall do I let them get before flipping too flower?? I'm goin to FIM um and use fishig weights for LST. My light is recommended too penetrate up too a 7 foot canopy. Dude thanks so much for ya help. Also so should I not raise my light up is it fine for now?? Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
You can use cfl or flouros to add side lighting inexpensively Sent from my Nexus 5 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
It's 2 blue dream a g13 Pineapple Express white widow and blue diesel which was a free seed. Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
Depends on your medium. A good organic soil can go from seed to harvest and still have enough nutrients left over for several grows while a soilless medium starts out with zero nutes and you add them as per the instructions.
