So I started my plant off with a 65w flood light it's been about 1 month they are stringy and abt 6" I jist bought a cf light and was wondering when can I switch the light and is there hope?
if you're using a halogen or quartz flood lamp you're working against yourself. those plants look very VERY stunted, at 4 weeks from seed they should be much larger then that. my suggestion to you would go pick up at least 6-8 of the 26w Cfls a power strip, mougel bases that will plug into the power strip and y splitters.. this will not only give your plants the proper light spectrum that they need, but in all reality you will be using less electricity due to the heat loss from the halogen/quartz flood lamp that you are using.
So I can change the lights and they will recover cuz I just bought a 25w but suppose to b 100w florescent compact will that work and im prtty much broke
