Hello this is my first grow, I have a 2x2x4 grow tent w a 600w LED, humidity stays between 55-80% and temps rarely drop below 65 or above 80 2 days ago I started noticing the tips and edges of the first two leaves were turning dark purple and now it is continuing. What would cause this? I water with very well filtered well water with a ph around 7, haven’t fed any nutes, using MG potting soil but it’s npk ratio is only .21-.11-.16 so I don’t think the soul it too hot, is the ph too high and causes some sort of nute lockout? I heard phosphorus would cause this but also temps so I need some help.
It’s definitely gotten worse in the past day and the growth has been stunted as a seedling I had that sprouted 2 days after has now passed this one in growth . Is it worth saving?
Dont use MG potting soil with fertilizers in the future. Im not a soil guy but everyone frowns on it. Transplanting to a better soil may work. BL
I flushed it with phed water good last night and now today it seems to be doing a little better the leaves opened up a little bit
