    hello. :)
I also have made jewelry, mostly rings and now I'm working glass and will do some pendants.

I have 7 cats and a ton of other animals.

  11. jack of all trades, this guy ;)

  12. Hello!  Very nice to meet you.  I'd love to see some pictures of your jewelry if you don't mind sharing.  Everything I make uses a lot of stones & crystals.

I love animals so much!  I have some aquarium snails as pets too.. lol!

  13.
Buddy. My girlfriend and I adopted him from a shelter a few months ago. I'll post a picture sometime, I believe he's in the little hanging section underneath the bed atm. The soft blanket isn't out for him to lavish in :p

Cats are so selfish it's cute, because they're pretty friggin adorable. And the purring, man.. the purring.

  14. He sounds awesome!  I'd love to see a picture.  Two of my cats don't seem to care about blankets but they LOVE sleeping on paper or cardboard.  :confused_2:  Lol!  The third cat I actually took in a week ago, he is a stray from the neighborhood & I wanted to get him in before the weather got too cold.  He has the biggest, loudest purr I ever heard!  I'll post a video if I can figure out how. :)

I have a pond of fish and snails.

Im way into the glass now. I took some 1955 pennies and put them into the glass and mixed them in. Nothing to great but I had and 6 hours torch time with glass at the time.

I make these pendants a few days ago. Wonky but they are my first.

  16. Those look very cool!  Do you find glass work challenging?  I've never tried it but have always been really intrigued.

  17. Welcome

  18.
Challenging is putting it mildly. Even when you make something beautiful and are putting the finishing touches on it and it slips from the tongs and hits the floor shattering to pieces. Mose of my stuff is broke or getting ready to be broken. LOL

It takes a ton of stick to it and plenty of money to work borosilicate glass.

A bead makers set up for soft glass can be had for $100 or so. Lots of women make ornaments and pretty things.
