I recently acquired some Train Wreck seeds and although the end product is killer , I'd really like for the plants to be a little shorter (they range in height from 36" to about 48" ~ 30" to 36" would be ideal under the circumstances I'm dealing with. I use a 3 part nutrient system from General Hydroponics additionally I'm using Floralicious Bloom and KoolBloom ripener. I guess my question is : is there a way to adjust the formula I use to affect the height of my "babies"? I clone in an E-Z Cloner under 80 watts flourescent , Veg under a 400 watt MH and flower under a 1000 watt HPS. I'm also using a co2 injection system. Any advice would be very appreicated. DT
Hi. Why dont you top them and so some tying and LST (kinda). It will halt the vertical and encourage lateral growth. You could end up with some nice plump, bud filled bushes. I like to call it 'sculpting". Cheers.
