heavy metals in soil and amendments?

Whats the story on metals.
Reading that bat guano can remove toxins and is goto for peteolchemicals and metal avoiding
While another says bat gua o is camdimum and meruceay and is notoeiously high in metals. As is kelp anf others.

So googling i found this site and it explained a load of sit i recently learnt backwards for instace fertilisers are bad and full of metals n shit. Organic is healthy

This site claima the oppasite again lol showing organic dirty and ferts clean.
I cant make sence of it the internet is full of lies i cant decipher. Whats thew truth cause i wana avoid metal in my smoke i have a liver condition i swapped pure organic life to avoid them ...as we all should .

Yes some products are metal free. Dutch mastwrs makin ferts apparently totaly free metal cant find ingredients tho .

Some organic amendments are metal free but it seems to be a mad search to find and get them.
