Do heating pads work better to keep germinating seeds warm or is it better to keep the seeds cool during getmination time? Just threw the rest of my 29 seeds in to different towls and am wondering if that will help.

To start my seeds, I wrapped them in a paper towel and then wrapped that in plastic wrap and put that in a shoe box on my heater and it worked perfectly for me.
