So I'd heard bad things about dry herb vaporizers, but I'd also heard from some people they work okay. normally I just smoke blunts or joints on my patio but it's starting to get a little colder, so I today when I was in the smoke shop I decided to try out one of these http://www.vapecritic.com/vaporizers/palm/ http://www.gotvape.net/palm-portable-vaporizer-questions/why-does-my-light-indicator-not-working-1721.html so I get home, get it out, fully charge the batteries (light on charger turns green), I put some herb in, put the battery in press it down like you're supposed to, and just straight up nothing. no light saying there's any heat, no vapor drawing from it. nothing. the thing really didn't come with instructions, so I'm not sure if there's anything else I'm supposed to do, but it doesn't seem like it. the instructions it did have basically just said "put stuff in and press down on the battery", and that was it. guess I kind of fucked up not really researching the specific model at all. I got it 50% off so I figured it wasn't too big of a risk. so does anybody know if it might just be a simple thing to fix, or I should try to return it to the store for a new one, or what?
I'd return it and get your money back! I used to be an impulse buyer as well, but now I research before I buy any products worth more than a couple bucks. Us vapor enthusiast here in the city can lend a helping hand with finding you a vaporizer that suits your needs. What do you want out of your vape? Desktop, portable, efficiency, big hits, etc.. fuckcombustion.com is also an excellent resource at choosing a vape. Also whoever told you dry herb vapes don't perform well had no idea what they were talking about. There's plenty of dry herb vaporizer on the market that do an exceptional job at conserving bud, reducing smell, giving you a cleaner high, and delivering huge clouds.
Originally I was looking for something portable because of the convenience and they seem to usually be a bit cheaper, although if there's a desktop one you'd recommend I'd consider that too. preferably nothing too big just because I'm kind of tight on space on my desk. efficiency would be a plus, big hits wouldn't really be a huge deal to me as long as I can get high as I want. I know some high end ones can cost several hundred dollars, I'm looking for something on the cheaper end. thanks man
Portables: Mflb Hammer Lotus Firewood Solo Desktop: Vapolution Daisy Dbv Extreme q Herbalaire All of these vapes are under 150$ and some of them are under 100. The vapolution, daisy, mflb, and firewood are all imho really good bang for your buck options.
