Heard voices in my head

You have a disease called Schizophrenia most likely, it's a very serious illness and you need to see a doctor about it.
I am not joking.

Weed stimulates your imagination and distorts reality; its a hallucinogen. The low rumble of the engine or the wind or a lawnmower in the background are all things that can be interpreted as "voices" by the high mind, especially since you said that you couldn't make out what they were saying.

No need to get up in a panic over one time thing. Hell, one time I drank so much that I vomited for days and pissed blood. Went to the doctor and he called me stupid for drinking that much but not to worry about it unless it continually occurred.

Long story short, if it happens again, I'm all for seeing a specialist. Until that point, don't bother freaking yourself out about it.

I'm not a doctor and I'm not telling you what to do, man, but I would wait to see if it happens again before you go see a doctor for it.

Don't worry, friend... I've had this voice before and I believe it is just your conscience. I personally like listening to the voice.

my friend (been smoking since summer) recently has been getting similar things and his gp has said it very well could be marijuana induced psychosis.

 

Does it seem like its in your head, or like there are people around you?
I get it every once in a while when I'm super tired and about to fall asleep, or really deep in meditation. It's like a bunch of random voices saying single sentences all talking over each other. Some people think that if you listen to them individually they are usually about you, like its your conscience all coming out at once. It's possible that as you were sitting in silence you started to slip into that dreamlike state.
If it ever turns into voices telling you to do something or sounds like there's a person in the room with you, then I'd see a doctor

ONE THING happening ONE TIME is not a reason to freak yourself out and get the stain of mental sickness on your record, especially if this kid is young.

schizophrenia is a possibility but as I have a schizophrenic uncle, and a friend who's been in the looney bin 3 times in the last 12 months for the same illness....this sounds like nothing they've ever told me...

not gonna lie I've had that shit a few times, the hum of my speakers playing no music or some other indistinct sound is always the source.
and the 'voices' are completely devoid of content, people just like to try and explain things they aren't sure about.

 

This has happened to me before, it happened about a month ago. I had just come from smoking bong after bong of dank with wax on top(safe to say I was stoned) I was chilling on my computer browsing the web when I started hearing voices. At first I thought it was from a pop up on my laptop but when I took a look there was no boxes opened. Then the voices starting coming from my stomach, so at that point I stopped tripping THEN I swear on my life I started hearing CLEAR ENGLISH WORDS. I can't recall for the life of me what they where, but they were drawn out words. CLEAR WORDS. Also lately ive been experiencing the "Scissor Lock" NON stop when I try to sleep. Whats happening to me? Is my mother a jackal? Am I the son of the Devil? I need help
