Healthy Smoking

  1. I smoke weed every day multiple times a day. Recently I have been feeling the negative effects of smoking a lot more. I cough all the time even when I am not smoking. I have to spit at least 3 nasty loogies an hour. Obviously I don't want to go through this and I want to be healthy, but quiting is not an option. I work out and play a lot of basketball, but is there anything else I can do give my lungs a boost?
    Obviously there is cleaner smoke like using vapes, but I don't enjoy that if Ima smoke Ima smoke. Im willing to try anything from workouts to medicine etc.

  3. If you're truly concerned about your health, and you think that smoking all day everyday is having a negative impact on it...stop smoking so much.

    First things first - toss that idea in the waste bin, and get a vaporizer :p 
     
  5. Dude, idk how you can smoke multiple times a day every day and play basketball. Which is constant cardio. And if you're worried about your health then stop smoking. It's not hard.

  7. same thing happened to me i decoded to only smoke on weedends helped alot plus my tolerance went down 😁

  8. Get a vaporizer! You don't have to use it all the time, but using it instead of smoking in even half your sessions will still make a difference.
