I have a couple plants that are just over 60 days old in veg doing a mainline for the first time and I’m now at the point where I’m just waiting for vertical growth I guess until I’m ready to flip. Temps are from 75-84f 50-60%rh using Coots mix in 5 gallon smart pot, I would like to go bigger but can’t see how Doing it won’t be super stressful to the plants As the soil is very loosish and can’t see how to transplant a smart bag style pot in a good way. So I’ll go bigger next time but will likely flower in These I suppose. Anyway I’m just Following a standard schedule of watering, coco, aloe, Fulvic etc when needed. Occasional kelp tra blah blah you know the story. I’m under 480 watts hlg 550 style board turned up to like 60-70% and have been about 20-24 inches from plants but now am closer to like 30 as I thought that could be the problem. I have a blower fan running At all times bowing off the side walls of the tent, plants leaves are usually moving slightly, not sure if it’s too much or not. Take a look at these two similar plants and how they are yellowing. And even this stunted p98 Bubba from female seed that’s 60+ days and is just snail slow in growth. Any comments are appreciated.
I thought that would start from the bottom up? The lower leaves are much greener the new growth is light yellow. I’m gonna give some neem/kelp maybe throw in a bit of alfalfa and make a tea and then dress with the remaining sludge. Does this seem like a good fix to start? I plan to start flowering within a week or two.
They just look hungry in general to me..........N def will start from the bottom up......see the ACTUAL yellowing of the lower leaves?? The new growth has a yellowish tint to it.....kinda like a lime green....but the lower leaves that are YELLOW is from N def.....moving it up into the plants....and there isn't enough N in your medium for the new growth to come in with any color...........just my .02
thanks ya I’m just surprised as this is a new soil mix, less than 100 days old maybe. Cool I have added some N and will continue to monitor they appear to have perked up already thank you much
