I usually make some eggs and eat an apple or avocado slices. What do you all eat for breakfast. I don't eat any bread, wheat or otherwise. Thanks for the input.
I typically don't eat breakfast but when I do I consume fats and protein with some veggies. Something like steak/eggs/avo/mixed veggies.
Eggs are the healthiest breakfast you can eat. Add some veggies and fruit and you are set. I usually pave a pot of stew in the fridge. Just heat up a bowl and add some rice and hot sauce. Sent from my LG-E739 using Grasscity Forum mobile app
I eat about 2-4 eggs for breakfast. I usually put 2 cups of spinach in the egg. And an apple. I don't eat rice, brown rice, wheat bread, nothing. My only carbs come from veggies and fruit.
IMO fruit is not a good choice for the morning unless you have worked out. Early blood sugar spikes are going to create more hunger later on.
Most mornings i do one of several: Fried eggs, raw or sauteed greens/onions, etc. Usually 5 eggs. Steel cut oats, butter or coconut oil + cinnamon + raw honey Organic coffee + 2-4 tablespoons of coconut oil (saturated fats and medium chain fatty acids are wonderful) and then eat a piece of fruit, raw seeds etc until lunch. Because i eat lots of healthy fats and proteins (balanced by loads of raw veggies) rather than loads of carbs, i can easily and comfortably do this for breakfast without any hunger pangs or crashes until lunch. By comparison if i were to eat a bowl of cereal or donut/high carb breakfast, before long there is a crash and blood sugar spike. Good fats and proteins let me do intermittent fasting overnight without issue - it feels natural and better on digestion and overall energy.
