What do you munch on? How do you deal with late night munchies? I always feel guilty about munching, especially late night munching because I'm usually really healthy about eating.
I usually have a meal if I get munchies, I haven't had a bag of chips or bullshit like that in years, that shit is a waste of time. 5 meals a day oh yeah
Heh. I pretty much eat whatever the hell I want and I won't gain a pound but naturally, I eat healthy so I guess it balances out.
