    Thats supposed to be the "Correct" and "safe" way to do it. If you got head with a condom on then you got head but you prolly didnt feel it and if you a girl gives head with a dude wearing a condom then she gave head but it tasted terribile and the guy didnt feel a damn thing.

    If a girls mouth is on/wrapped around your penis for more than 3 seconds, then yes.
