Head Shops around Maryland

Theres a cigar shop in downtown bethesda and a tobacco shop up rockville pike, but I have never been to either....the only place I have been in maryland was in frederick and thats where I got my mini bong. Im not sure if you know the place but a few stores up was a porno shop that also had a section that was a headshop. If that sparks any idea of the headshop im talking about.

I usually go to a couple of headshops in virginia for my stuff, there is a mini headshop in union station but thats got a few bubblers, some huka's, and some bowls/pipes. So all in all if you have to go to a headshop in maryland you'd better stick to the headshops in frederick or you can make a trip to bmore and go to the hundreds of headshops there.

 

Doc's in baltimore carries a ton of quality gass, or try Capital Hemp in Adams Morgan they are an official Illadelph retailer

 

Doc's is epic, got my first Roor there, and the prices are sweet too. Usually Roors are always 20% off. They also got a sick selection of everything else. Or if you're near the Catonsville/Arbutus area there is Peace of Sunshine which is also a fine head shop with two locations in Arbutus and Catonsville. The Arbutus Peace just opened up a hookah bar, hells to the yeah.

 

Docs smoke shop is the best maryland has to offer. Although I'd suggest taking a trip to newark DE, there is like 3 headshops on one street.

Don't waste your time with shamens den, and one flight up is hardly a headshop.

You got Village Arts and Crafts in Georgetown, on Wisconsin Ave, I believe. It's really cheap, and you get what you pay for. But it's good if you just want a nice non-brand name piece or something.

Also in D.C., in Adams Morgan is Capitol Hemp. They have a great selection of dry pieces and some really sick bongs. But it's SO expensive.

Doc's and Firefly's in Baltimore carry what Capitol Hemp has, but it's a lot cheaper. So just go there.

 

welcome to GC! i live in moco too, gaithersburg area. as far as the headshops, im afraid i cannot help you with that; i dont think there are many around. usually my buddies and i drive up to baltimore for a good headshop.

 

Yeah there's new nice headshops right on main street in Newark. Flavors and Frolics are the names of em.

In response to the OP, i always go to Doc's in Baltimore, they have a great selection of Toro, Ph(x), Roor, and other high end glass. Last time i went EVERYTHING was 20% off

 

I don't think Doc's carries any arcylic pieces, for those just order of GC or EDIT

 

They actually had some decent acrylics metal slides and some had multiple chambers

 

shockers in baltimore city.. higher elevation in towson.. the otherside in towson.. outer limits somewhere in baltimore county i think

 

I used to live in Olney, if you know where that is. We used to play BCC in baseball every year.

There weren't any shops around Olney, but there's a couple in Baltimore.

the place in adams morgan that charges a buck to get into their porno section, theyre technically a convenience store, and they have at least 15-20 different stoner mags on hand each month.... across the street from Madam's Organ, it has hookahs in the window. lol. its the shit if you live in NW DC or potomac/bethesda/rich suburbs of DC....HOLLA


oh yeah, p.s. , i would never pay a dollar to see their (admittedly extensive) porn section, but i did stick my head in over the swinging door and immediately to my right, i see a couple of movies all with naked midget chicks and swinging midget dicks on the covers...i went right ahead with my purchase and laughed my ass off though..

 

Porn shop in Wheaton Maryland sells maybe 10 diffrent pipes. it's on Georgia avenue.

 

Damn I live in bethesda so when I heard about capital hemp I was like hell ya, a new smoke shop....but from reading the posts from the rest of you guys I dont think I want to go there. That sucks....lol.

 

i am looking for a nice, portable bubbler in the Maryland area. i live in MoCo, but i don't mind traveling into VA or MA. anybody know a good place to check?
