He was hired for the job not because of his work ethic, but because of his anus ethic

  1. Once apon a time, there was a black man. He wanted to get a job. However he was recently released from prison thus having a lengthy criminal record and never finished high school having been arrested and sent directly to prison while in high school being charged as a adult. He didn’t know how to get a job. But then he read online that some people were being hired for jobs for “diversity” instead of because of work ethic.

So he decided to apply for a job. Something his fellow black men scoffed at, but he still needed money for his liquor anyway. As he walks in to apply for the job he notices that most of the people are black and a lot of people are women of color. Sweat begins to roll down his brow. If most people there are black then he might not get hired for his skin color in a move of diversity. “We already have a lot of black men working here.” The job interviewer says. “Yeah but, I have an anus tho.” The black man says. The black man was not really homosexual however he remembered that homosexual men also get diversity and victim points when being hired for jobs.

“Hmmm that’s a little better, however we do have a few homosexual men working here already as well.” Job interviewer explains. Then the black man remembers his third victim card. He pulls out a fraudulent birth certificate. “I was born in Africa. Nigeria. Lagos.” Black man says. The black man was actually born in Chicago Illinois, but he remembered that immigrants are sometimes given priority in being hired. “Hmm, a homosexual black man from africa eh? We have one of those already actually.” The black man starts to get a little pissed.

But then he remembers his last move. He pulls out a hair beret and puts it in his Afro. “Also, I have been suffering from gender dysphoria. I am actually transgender woman.” Black man explains.

"A black homosexual man from Africa who recently transitioned into a transgender woman? Hot dog!" the job interviewer exclaimed with enthusiasm. The black man, whose name was Michael, felt a sense of relief that his multiple identities were being acknowledged and valued.

The job interviewer, named Sarah, took a closer look at Michael's application and saw that he had also completed vocational training during his time in prison. She was impressed by his determination to learn and grow despite the challenges he had faced. Sarah saw potential in Michael and recognized the importance of giving individuals with diverse backgrounds a chance to rebuild their lives.

"You know, Michael, we have a strong commitment to creating opportunities for individuals who have faced adversity," Sarah explained. "Your determination and willingness to overcome obstacles are commendable."

With a sense of hope, Michael knew this could be a turning point for him. He shared his passion for learning and his deep desire to prove himself in the workplace. As Sarah listened to his earnest words, she decided to give him a chance.

"We are willing to offer you a position here, Michael," Sarah said, her voice filled with genuine support. "We can provide mentorship and training to help you develop your skills further. We understand that everyone deserves a second chance and we believe in your potential."

Michael's eyes lit up with gratitude and determination. He knew he had been given an opportunity that many others in his situation might never get. He pledged to work hard, learn, and contribute to the success of the company.

As time passed, Michael proved himself to be a dedicated and valuable team member. He seized every opportunity to learn and grow, showing his colleagues that his past did not define his future. Along the way, he became a mentor to others who had faced similar challenges, offering guidance and motivation.

The company also benefited from Michael's unique perspective and experiences. His insights and ideas brought a fresh and valuable perspective to discussions and problem-solving sessions. Michael's presence in the workplace helped foster an environment of inclusion and understanding, where diversity was truly celebrated.

In time, Michael's story began to inspire others. People realized that judgments based on past mistakes or societal labels often overlook the incredible potential for growth and transformation within individuals. The company started expanding its efforts to support other individuals with diverse backgrounds and provide them with opportunities for personal and professional development.

Michael's journey toward redemption and success became a beacon of hope, not just for him but for others facing similar challenges. His story challenged preconceived notions and demonstrated that everyone deserves a chance to thrive, regardless of their past.

And so, the black man named Michael found not only a job but also a path to a brighter future, where his identity and experiences were seen as assets rather than obstacles. With each step forward, he continued to break down barriers and inspire others to believe in their own potential for growth and transformation.

  2. A truly inspiring story! Please tell us another story. Tell us the story of Darryl Brooks, or maybe the story of Frederick Scott.

  3. Moral of the story? An ex con lies & successfully scams someone more deserving out of a job? Did they vet his story? You know kick him in the ass & see if any dicks fall out. :confused_2:
