For the last 2 days my younger plants leaves are wilted and drying out? I had to flush her the end of February cause of Nitrogen toxicity. After that she was doing good, just had red all though the stems, but thought it could of been the strain? The temps have been between 72° to 80° it's my fist grow. Any ideas of the problem or problems? Ty[IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG] thanks GC!!!

  2. It's not happening at the top of plant, just the bottom leaves!

  3. Are they getting splashed when watering? How often are you watering? Are the leaves that are doing that against side of pot? Other then that she looks pretty healthy. Maybe a slight mg deficiency by looking at top leaf in bottom picture as well.

  4. Plant looks healthy to me.

I would ignore. But if problems start happening at the top leaves then worry

  5. No GV it's been starting at the bottom!!! I'll post some more pics soon as I take it out. My other client is thriving! Do you think it may need some nutes since I did flush it?

  11. Do you think it could be from under watering my plant? Because I only watered it one time since I flushed it? The only Nutes I have here is Alaskan fish fertilizer 5-1-1. should I use a quarter of the recommended dose? Ty GC!!!

  15. That was mostly from under watering. I watered her last night, and checked on her before I went to bed, and a lot of leaves are coming back to life!!!

  16. hi robbie ...if i were youn i'd take them spotted and dying leaves off your plant they wont get better what ever you do ,it could as the others have said had water or nutes splashed on then when they were younger,,,,,the new growth looks really healthy too,,,

  17. Hey Mac! I did wet the leaves a couple times, mostly by accident, but was told never to wet the leaves, it takes nutes from the leaves, And dries them out. But I haven't wet I leaves, since I got rid of the spray bottle I was using. That was over a month ago. I flushed this plant on 2/27 cause it had Nitrogen toxicity. After that I left her alone, just watching her. No nutes at all? She was fine. I made the mistake by transplanting an Autoflower. Into 60% soil to 40% perlite using organic MG. another mistake lol. So since I flushed on 2/27 only watered 2 times and the 2nd time was last night. After I watered her there was a Big Difference no top leaves drying or wilting just the bottom leaves. She should pull through. Btw: I have Alaskan fish fert. 5-1-1 I can't use that on my plant? Even if it a 1/4 of what is recommended? Thanks GC and Mac!!!

  18. hi robbie ,yea it might have been the transplant you did in to MG ,,,but now you'll have to watch about feeding any nutes ,,,i'd just water for now and dont add any nutes what so ever cuz mG as lots and lots of slow release nutes in that soil ,,,i think if you let the plant just use the nutes in the soil and just keep an eye on that plant and after some weeks have passed if it shows any deficiency of a nute feed with just quarter strength i any deficiency does start showing you'll be ok ,,,,but just water for now ,,,,,mac

  19. Brown mottling like that can be phosphorus or manganese deficiency... BUT if the new growth looks healthy (it does from the pics), then I agree with the wait-and-see attitude proposed above. Especially after transplanting into new, hot soil.
Just watch the new growth, pinch off the brown leaves, and play it by ear.

Be kind. Perfect your craft. Give more than you take. We are family.
