Having an issue with a member here that continues his harrasment after we had a debate that HE lost. The MOD that knows him keeps giving me infractions as he has received none. He continues his harasment in my thread now.
So just report the offending posts. Mods don't just throw out infractions to "play favorites." You receive an infraction when you can't play by the rules.
As I told you in PM we do not discuss disciplinary action about other members. And also beg you to get a second opinion from another mod, because personally I'm reading through dozens of pages of cyber argument, trying to figure all this crap out.

If you made posts that were breaking the rules, it really doesn't matter much whether he reads the thread before he gives you the warning/infraction or after.

Nah, don't even bother sending a PM. I just took a look at the post you got the warning for and you got off easy. Name-calling and disrespect. Yeah, I stand behind how patrio handled the situation. (...and I just saw the rest of the crap, too. WOW...just wow!) To be fair...I read the posts from the other one involved in this and neither of you are in the 'right' so I have requested in another thread that the two of you (you and the member you are referring to) please put one another on ignore.
