Hi, I really know what you mean by not liking hip hop and suddenly liking it. By smoking, I started hanging around with some people who would always be listening to rap or hip hop. I started listening to some songs and started to like them too.

It's pretty funny that you wrote this thread because it reminded me of this. By the way, Eminem's new cd is just crazy! haha.

yeah im the same, i used to always be listenin to rock, now its an occasional thing and i listen to rap more than anything

i got more into old school hip hop/rap as well. one of my favorite things to do is sit back smoke a blunt and listen to somw biggie. ten crack commandments FTW.

 

I started mountain biking becoming much healthier then before I started smoking. I also eat well and drink a bunch of water every day. And they say weed isnt good for you.

I dunno how else to put this but i LOVE this thread. Its just a congregation of productive stoners . And i agree with you ever since i started smoking i've been living greener if thats a proper term. Ive been eating less meat more fruits and veggies i drink lots of water and i find it more enjoyable to get out and do social things and just take walks in the park. I also find every day to be more enjoyable . And about the rap thing, ive listened to hip hop all my life but i find that weed has opened me up to all types of music from alternative to even some spanish stuff. Also i find video games a lot less enjoyable while smoking weed, i prefer to just watch a good movie or some stand up comedy. I've also taken up learning how to play the guitar and some rap lyric writing for fun.

To add to the topic. I've started rapping with my friends when we blaze. I have met a lot of interesting people from smoking the herb. My music taste has expanded.
