I here people getting accused of this quite often but has anyone really had a definite experience with a cop on this site
Theres an ex-cop, and a few people trying to be cops. Other then that the cops have waaaayyyy more important shit to do then monitor stoners rediculous conversations. What are they going to do, charge them with using too many shitty memes?
Sounds kind of interesting. Care to elaborate as to the legal intricacies that took place that forced you to contact them? If you have details, that might be an interesting read. Of course, I could just stop being fucking lazy and try and use the search button instead...
once upon a time there was a member named budwisesir. he had started a thread in general one night, that sounded very...suicidal. he was a well respected member with a full rep bar and a lot of posts, everyone knew him. someone remembered he had posted his phone number in one thread. and his loc said NJ. his area code matched up. we called his phone hundreds of times then he turned it off without answering anyone. he wouldnt sign on to let us know he was okay. we all got worried, and we voted on calling the authorites so check on him and make sure he was okay. turns out he was on all sorts of pills, but the police did not arrest him just made sure he was okay. they read the thread and a lot of his posts. he came back, said fuck off (cause we kept calling him) and then requested he be banned. he started the thread, entitled "please take the time to enjoy and reflect on your life" and this was the post: it was started towards the end of 2009, i believe halloween time?
