Okay, so soe.com will not load for me. just made a thread in general, apprently its up for others. WTF. I already did a Malwarebytes scan and a Spybot search and destroy. Nothing was found on malwarebytes, Spybot detected some minor shit. but its clean now. What should I do??? Launchpad for eq2 refuses to load...
I figured it out. It's cool, I just got a VPN service a few days ago, and its blocking it. The one I'm using is called ProXPN. Just gotta figure out how to get it to unblock those sites while its running.
