have a lighting question

i am setting up a room that is going to have 24 buckets in an ebb flood and drain system
im thinking about using the new ufo tri band led lights one for every six pots but have never tried led growing
anyone have any advice of the lighting that i should use to produce the biggest yeild and highest quality possible
please only reply if you have used both led and hid lights
