is it possible to make butane hash oil from kief or hash? i am thinking of taking about an 1/8 of some of my bud and throwing all the kief and hash i got into it, hopefully to make some sweet hash oil. but im not sure if pure kief/ hash can be used?
Yes, keif can be used. I think I remember reading you can get a ~75% return from doing a just kief extraction.
WOW. I have never seen it done, but I guess its possible. I would just keep the kif and make some bho also. Having both on hand is much nicer than just one or the other.
so is it possible to use a qwiso type hash in the extraction? i assume one would have to really break it up?
with any type of crude extraciton like that you'll want to use a coffee grinder or equivilent to ge the most surface area possible
