So I have a friend who is lucky enough to get out of Texas and is in Colorado and me and him had life experiences that you only can explain as trippy. He used to make his own hash to sell. How easy is it and is it p profitable at all?
I'm saying like price per gram compared hash sells at a higher margin? I never bought hash and don't really have much experience with it besides when smoked with my friend who made it.
Depends the quality, and the market. There are many different grades and methods to make hash. I've smoked stuff that wouldn't phase an amateur, and some that would freak out connoisseurs. Generally, any concentrate including hashish is priced ~twice (or more) than herb because it takes more processing and more herb to accomplish the amount you get in return (per weight). If you use prime bud to make hashish, and only get 1/4 (w/w) return, then expect an exceptional product that will command market value. If you use lower quality leaves (not marketable) and repeat the extraction process several times (using the same material), then expect a lower quality product with a limited market value (ie. garbage in, garbage out). Of course, this isn't always the case. There are methods that are more selective and specifically extract cannabinoids (etc) from any cannabis, low and high grade. But in these instances, although one would have a relatively similar quality of final product, the yields would greatly differ.
